  • Saving fists and eyes to increase the power: feet apart, hands clenched fists, alternately forward fists, while the eyes open to increase the power.
  • Behind the seven upside down elimination of all diseases: feet together, heels up, the body as far as possible to stretch upward, and then gently fall, repeat many times.
