Shaolin Temple Cultural Center are committed to providing quality Kung Fu training and instruction for all levels of students, whether they are beginners approaching the martial arts for the first time, or advanced students who already have extensive martial arts experience. Whether a student’s goal is to acquire additional skills or has a specific need for hands-on training, we can meet their expectations.

Our programs are designed to be flexible, ranging in length from one week to five years, in order to accommodate the realities and needs of different students. We believe that Chinese Kung Fu has a wide appeal regardless of age. As a result, we have a wide age range of students, from six year olds to seventy year olds, and everyone’s enthusiasm and commitment is fully respected and utilized in our teaching.

Our enrollment policy is open and inclusive. Regardless of gender, age, religion or nationality, we warmly welcome students who are physically and mentally fit, and who have a love and dedication to Chinese Kung Fu. Our training programs are customized to meet the individual needs and physical conditions of our students, ensuring that each student learns and progresses in an environment that suits him or her.

Please be assured that we will treat you equally, whether you have previous Kung Fu experience or not. With us, every student starts from scratch and our masters will tailor their training to your individual level and physical condition, helping you to progress on your martial arts journey and enjoy the fun and benefits of Chinese Kung Fu.

Personal tailored training plan for every single student

The basic skills of legs, waist, shoulders and stance training need to be practiced daily to build up a solid foundation for further development of your Kungfu skills. The basic skills can be applied in all the various styles to learn more specific routines of e.g. boxing, kicking and weapon skills. The harder you work the better your results will be.

What you need to start training

To start training in Shaolin Temple Center China you simply need 5 things:

  • A comfortable T-Shirt
  • Comfortable trousers that do not limit the opening of your legs
  • Long socks (to wear over the trousers up to the knees) to avoid treading the hem
  • Sportive shoes with a low sole
  • Do not buy anything, use what you already have.
