Master Shi Yan Man 释延满 is the 34th generation of shaolin disciple.He is a representative inheritor of national intangible cultural protection projects.
At a very young age, Master Yan Man started studying traditional Chinese culture and Buddhism, which led him to study at the Shaolin Temple.
At the Shaolin Temple, within the warrior monks, Master Yan Man practiced various shaolin skills, gaining high proficiency in traditional Shaolin gong fu, qi gong, tai ji, qin na, san da, shaolin weapons… He has also studied Chinese martial arts (wushu) in Beijing, at the famous Beijing Sports University under several renowned professors where he improved his skills in Chinese martial arts.
With the Shaolin Temple warrior monks, Master Yan Man has performed shaolin kung fu in China and abroad sharing stage with many famous artists, and has also participated in various national and international martial arts competitions winning many medals in various categories.
Master Yan Man has taught Chinese martial arts and Shaolin gong fu for several years both for Chinese students and international students, improving his skills in teaching and diversifying his teaching method.
Following the advices of many senior monks, professors and friends, Master Yan Man is in Paris, France, where he aim to teach and spread Shaolin Culture and traditional Chinese culture in France.
Master Yan Man is now a member of the European Shaolin Association (SEA), and often travel to his fellow shaolin brother culture centers (who also went abroad to spread the Shaolin culture in Europe) to spend time and discuss about the development of shaolin culture in Europe. He regularly return to Shaolin Temple, where he reports the situation of the Shaolin Culture Center France, and the development of Shaolin culture in France and Europe.
