Dear Shifu, I came as a boy who often struggled with and doubted himself. I left as a confident man who knows what truly matters in life and knows that, through hard work and believing in myself, I can achieve anything. You were very sparing with praise, but the positive things you said to me after I made significant progress will always remain deeply rooted in my heart. I feel like I came at exactly the right time, because I met so many incredible people who have also had such a positive influence on me. But you, Shifu, have grown just as close to my heart. To me, you were not only my master, but after the very first week, you became a true friend. I’ll be back soon! I miss you and everyone who accompanied me throughout my one-month stay. See you soon, Your Henry (No pain, no gain — it has a whole new meaning for me now.)

This month at the camp has left a mark that will stay with me for the rest of my life. This wasn’t just a trip or a sports training camp—it was a deep, powerful transformation, a complete reset of body and spirit that I threw myself into completely. I want to capture every single moment, because what happened there is truly priceless. A Sanctuary of Power and Beauty: The Grounds The first thing that strikes you and instantly shifts your mindset away from the everyday hustle is the atmosphere and the incredible beauty of the surroundings. The location is chosen beautifully. The surrounding nature, the grandeur of the mountains, the crisp air, and the silence steeped in tradition set a completely different tone. The camp grounds are well-kept, harmonious, and feel almost cinematic. Every morning, stepping out for training, you just freeze at the views opening up before you. This space literally breathes power, and that energy fueled me even in the toughest physical moments. Discipline and Balance: Routine and Nutrition The daily routine at the camp is an absolute pleasure for anyone seeking internal structure. Yes, it is strict, but incredibly healthy and well-thought-out. The early wake-up calls feel like a challenge at first, but your body very quickly catches this natural, primal rhythm. Waking up with the first rays of the sun, feeling the world wake up around you, and immediately diving into practice holds a special kind of magic. As for the nutrition—it was an absolute bullseye. It is perfectly balanced for those undergoing colossal physical exertion. The food is simple, clean, incredibly delicious, and nourishing. No heaviness at all, just pure energy. Every meal worked to restore strength, cleanse the body, and provide a high-quality resource for training. My body worked like clockwork, and that feeling of lightness is simply indescribable. The Warrior's Path: The Training Process The training sessions are the heart of the camp—a tough but beautiful challenge to oneself. The physical loads were serious, but the program is structured so brilliantly that you don't "break"; instead, you grow above yourself day by day. The variety of practices was astounding: from deep, meditative internal work and refining traditional forms, to intense physical conditioning for endurance, coordination, and strength. Every day brought something new, engaging muscles and inner resources I didn't even know existed. It was a massive leap forward in terms of physical fitness and stamina. The Heart of the Camp: The People and Shifu's Mastery But, of course, the greatest treasure of this place is the people. The atmosphere of support, shared mindset, and collective spirit made it feel like we were one big family, united by a common goal. And, without a doubt, the core figure of this entire universe is our Shifu. It is hard to find the right words to fully describe his mastery. He is a Mentor with a capital M, a teacher who sees right through every student. His depth, incredible charisma, wisdom, and flawless technique captivate you from the very first second. The way he leads training is pure art. He knows how to be strict and demanding, yet incredibly intuitive and supportive at the same time. The diversity that Shifu brought to the practice never allowed the mind to get bored or the body to plateau. He didn't just give us mechanical movements; he revealed the very philosophy of martial arts, passing down knowledge directly from hand to hand, carefully and deeply. His every word, every correction, his personal example, and even his unique handwriting—which I want to keep in my memory forever as a symbol of this journey—all left the deepest imprint on my soul. This camp is a place where you give a lot of strength, but return filled to the brim. It is the perfect balance of hard work, spiritual cleansing, aesthetic delight, and incredible warmth. I am endlessly grateful for this experience, to Shifu, and to everyone who shared this path with me. It was powerful, warm, and unforgettable!

It was an amazing experience, just two weeks but I learned a lot. Strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their physical and emotional skills. You work really hard, but you also see yourself improving! Already want to go back and learn more

I spent almost a month at this camp. I recommend it 100%. It's much more than a kung fu camp; it's an experience, a journey, and it's hard not to come away changed. Sifu and his family are lovely. The setting is magnificent; you won't regret it! 🫰🏽🫰🏽

Shifu Yan Hao is one of those rare people who truly change the way you see life. Being around him, I received much more than training, I was given a whole new way of living. That month of training in his school remains one of the best memories of my life. It feels like being part of a family. The guidance, the training, the meals, everything is rooted in respect, listening, and authenticity. Words can hardly capture the depth of this experience. You have to live it to truly understand it. Kung-Fu is Life. Thank you Shifu and miss you
